I did this and made it 15 minutes, 2nd day I did this, I made it 17 burning 150 cals. 3rd day I’m literally unable to move. I had no idea how out of shape I was as I mostly just walk for exercise. What do I do now? I wanted to do this every day but what do I do if I can’t move my entire core now? lol this woman makes it look so easy 😭 how long did it take to do this whole routine that flawlessly? I also looked like such a clown doing this but whatever, that part doesn’t matter 😂
